On Thursday the 8th of August, DMC experienced a technical disruption to our internet service which impacted our patient telephone lines for some of our clinics. The disruption was caused by the accidental severing of internet fibre cables into a building containing critical business systems. Patients may have experienced connection issues when trying to contact our Dermatology Clinics.
We have resolved this technical issue and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused Patients and GPs. Steps are being taken to improve resilience, to avoid similar occurrences having the same business-wide impact.Leave a reply
