Primary care is the bedrock of the NHS but is under pressure to keep pace with an aging population and complex health conditions. We believe that it is vital that patients who most urgently need care have timely access to our services. This includes booking appointments and ordering repeat prescriptions digitally. In addition, we are building a single point of access centre to enable patients to communicate with us remotely.
