Nicola Jones

Nicola was appointed as Head of Quality and Governance in July 2020 and has over seventeen years’ experience working across healthcare services. She is a passionate advocate of staff health and wellbeing, recognising the importance and impact this has on staff engagement, team working and ultimately improving the quality of care for patients. Nicola has worked on many projects that have led to improving quality and governance. Nicola sat on the Kent and Medway Crisis Care Concordat and led the development of the Mental Health Street Triage Service. Nicola is responsible for ensuring the organisation is at the forefront of delivering safe, effective, and high-quality care to our patients.
