People always criticise but never say thank you when the practice helps them. I will as you are a lovely group of people.

Thank you to the lady at DMC Iwade that helped me today. I understand they have a new manager and have more nursing staff. Which is really good to hear. I saw a lovely male doctor yesterday he was brilliant. I appreciate I have seen a couple of different doctors but I have seen them all a few times.

I live in the village and get annoyed when people complain. I use to be at a practice around the corner and that was awful had to wait weeks and weeks for an appointment.
People should be grateful for the new organisation. In the last six months I have seen a nice lady GP, A male GP twice and a Nurse for my COPD.
The admin team always try to help. People always criticise but never say thank you when the practice helps them. I will as you are a lovely group of people.
