A chartered accountant by profession, Anil’s responsibility is to ensure the sustainability of DMC, applying his skills and extensive experience in the independent sector to help shape services that are effective, efficient and financially viable.
Ravi studied medicine at the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin and continues to work part-time as a GP at Dulwich Medical Centre, the practice founded by his father in 1967. Ravi is responsible for ensuring clinical delivery is safe, and fully aligned and compliant with NHS standards.
With over thirty years of uniquely diverse academic and practical NHS experience, with over half of those years in senior leadership roles. After leading a regional specialist service as a consultant paediatric nephrologist, transforming the quality of care at little or no cost, he completed his MBA and started his journey to lead change in some of the most challenging NHS environments.
Daniela joins us from Nexus Health Group, with her successful responses to major CQC failings, and her wider experience in other NHS areas (commissioning, policy, delivery) and healthcare settings (pathology, primary, urgent, outpatient care). Prior to this Daniela has further international experience with Deloitte and the World Bank, with an MSc Economics (UCL) PGDip in Global Healthcare Delivery (Harvard).
Mr Batchelor leads the DMC Healthcare finance team. His role in DMC Healthcare is to ensure accurate accounts, advise on strategic impact, and lead the Board through fiscal resilience.
Pritika studied Accounting and Finance at Kingston University achieving a first-class Honours degree and is now pursuing the chartered accountant professional qualification. Immersed in healthcare since she could walk, Pritika is now focused with the board to ensure operational delivery.
