Just before my appointment and there was a man that was injured outside, I believe that he had fallen of his bike. I ran to the surgery and asked for help and immediately your team of staff were on hand to help, they rushed out and attended to the man and helped divert the traffic so that there were no further injury’s.

Public involvement is equally as important to ensure that patient and public feedback is used to improve services into day-to-day practice for better patient outcomes.
