Colleagues from across DMC Healthcare, DMC Radiology Reporting, and DMC Primary Care came together in December to celebrate the end of a successful year and recognise the achievements, milestones, and contributions that shaped 2025.
Reflecting on a Year of Achievement
The annual Christmas Party provided an opportunity for colleagues to come together, celebrate shared successes, and reflect on a year of significant progress across the organisation.
Throughout 2025, DMC achieved a number of important milestones, including national recognition through three prestigious healthcare awards from HSJ and LaingBuisson. The organisation also successfully secured and maintained a range of key accreditations, including ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, and Quality in Service Improvement accreditation.
These achievements reflect the dedication, expertise, and commitment of colleagues across all areas of the business.
Growth, Collaboration, and Community
During the year, DMC continued to expand and evolve, strengthening its presence across DMC Healthcare, DMC Radiology Reporting, and DMC Primary Care, while developing new specialist services and partnerships.
The organisation also celebrated positive staff survey results and hosted its first Summer Social, providing opportunities for colleagues to connect, collaborate, and strengthen relationships across teams.
Alongside organisational achievements, colleagues continued to support charitable and community initiatives throughout the year. One of the most inspiring moments was Lauren’s participation in the Great North Run in memory of Declan, raising awareness of type 1 diabetes and creating a lasting legacy through her fundraising efforts.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As colleagues gathered to celebrate the festive season, the event provided an opportunity to recognise the collective efforts that contributed to a successful year and to thank everyone for their hard work and dedication.
With strong foundations in place, DMC looks forward to building on the achievements of 2025 and continuing to deliver high quality services for patients, partners, and communities throughout 2026.
