Colleagues from DMC Healthcare and DMC Radiology Reporting came together for a Summer Social at Head Office, providing an opportunity to reconnect, celebrate teamwork, and reflect on a successful first half of 2025.
Summer Social Brings Colleagues Together
In June, DMC Healthcare and DMC Radiology Reporting were pleased to welcome colleagues from across the organisation to a Summer Social event held at Head Office.
The afternoon provided a valuable opportunity for teams to step away from their day to day responsibilities and spend time together in a relaxed and informal setting. With warm weather, light refreshments, and a summer themed atmosphere, colleagues were able to reconnect with one another and strengthen relationships across different teams and departments.
The event reflected the collaborative culture that continues to support both organisations and recognised the contribution of colleagues whose dedication and hard work help deliver high quality services to patients and healthcare partners throughout the year.
Bringing colleagues together in person remains an important part of fostering engagement, wellbeing, and collaboration across the organisation. Events such as the Summer Social help strengthen connections between teams and provide an opportunity to celebrate shared achievements.
Looking Ahead
As the organisation reaches the midpoint of 2025, the Summer Social provided an opportunity to reflect on achievements to date and look ahead to the months ahead with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
