News | DMC Group secure ISO recognition
DMC Group, which incorporates DMC Healthcare and DMC Radiology Reporting, is delighted to have secured three separate accreditations: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001. According to the ISO auditors, DMC ranks in the top 2% for achievements and system quality based on the recent inspection.
The International Organisation for Standardisation, or ISO, is a global network of the world’s leading standardisers, and these particular certifications recognise DMC Group’s exceptional quality standards in the following:

According to the Global Patient Safety Report and Action Plan from the World Health Organisation published in 2023, more than 3 million deaths occur annually due to unsafe care. Estimates suggest that as many as 4 in 10 patients are harmed in primary and ambulatory settings, while up to 80% of this harm can be avoided. This underscores the necessity of investing in quality within our services as we expand healthcare access. Our achievement of these certifications reflects our unwavering commitment to patient safety.
Moreoever, we are proud to see our commitment to minimising our environmental footprint has been recognised by our successful ISO 14001 award. DMC understands the importance of environmental sustainability, and most recently have developed a low ecological-footprint Head Office space which saved:
- 2,957kg of landfill & incineration material
- 6,370kg of carbon
