At DMC Healthcare we take your mental health seriously, with Mental Health Nurses available at our practices we aim to support our patient’s mental health needs.
We have developed a campaign that aims to support young people, this is based on Ellie’s story who like many teenagers struggled with anxiety, felt low, sad and often grumpy and stressed but Ellie chose to refocus her energy, which made her feel positive, relaxed and calm. The downloadable journal and video below will guide you on Ellie’s journey and offer guidance and signposting support.
